Where does Rova's data come from?

We combine STR comp data, public rental records, BLS job market data, Census demographics, county assessor records, and our own proprietary regulation database — updated weekly.

How accurate are the revenue projections?

Our STR projections are based on active comparable listings within 5 miles, adjusted for seasonality, property size, and amenities. We show a confidence score and comp range on every estimate so you always know how to weight the number.
